Bill Bullard has joined us at Fareportal in the capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bill was a founder and President of Silver Spring Holdings a private merchant bank.

For the past 20 years he has been advising corporate clients on corporate development, M&A, strategic planning and finance issues facing growing companies. Additionally, Bill has had full P&L responsibility for several portfolio companies including roles as CFO and CEO. He has implemented enterprise software and hardware solutions for two different companies and managed the migration of a company during a turnaround assignment from an IBM system 38 to an AS400 to achieve Y2K compliance and efficiencies of a fully integrated software package. Bill has extensive experience in finance and investor relations having been a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of a NYSE traded company. He has experience with private equity investors, mezzanine and senior lenders and corporate investor partners. While in the venture capital industry and as an investment banker, Bill had significant experience in financial and operating analysis, investment analysis and raising debt and equity capital.
