Carolina joined the Fareportal team in May 2006 with over ten years of experience in the travel industry. She started her career with American Airlines and then joined Ecuadorian Tours as Branch Manager, gaining exposure to different areas of the travel industry. Since joining Fareportal, Carolina is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers. Ms. Serrano also oversees the Fare and Data Analysis Department, who ensures the company remain competitive.

Carolina holds a BA in Tourism and Travel Management from SEK University and has a Diploma in Business Management from Baruch College, New York.
