Job Description and Responsibilities

• Implement and operate web and email security solutions
• Ensure protection and integrity of web and email communication systems, implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data, and mitigate potential cyber threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the deployed platforms and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Web Proxy Management: Administer and optimize the organization’s web proxy infrastructure to ensure secure and controlled internet access for employees. Monitor and analyze web traffic for potential security risks and policy violations.
• Email Security and DLP: Manage email security solutions to prevent phishing, malware, and other email-based threats. Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to safeguard sensitive information transmitted via email.
• Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB): Monitor and manage CASB solutions to enforce security policies for cloud applications and services. Provide insights into cloud usage and assess risks associated with cloud environments.
• Office 365 Email Flow: Oversee the configuration and management of email flow within the Office 365 environment. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth email communication while maintaining security and compliance.
• Incident Response: Play a crucial role in incident response activities related to security incidents or breaches involving the covered solutions. Collaborate with the incident response team to contain and mitigate the impact of security events.
• Policy Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of security policies and procedures related to the covered solutions. Ensure policies align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor the performance, availability, and effectiveness of the security solutions. Generate regular reports on security metrics, incidents, and compliance status.
• Vendor Relationship: Engage with vendors and partners to stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and security trends. Participate in vendor meetings and workshops to maximize the value of the cybersecurity solutions.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure proper utilization and understanding of the covered security solutions. Share knowledge and insights through documentation and presentations.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in web proxy, email security, web Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Email DLP
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
• Knowledge of security standards such as OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, NIST standards and compliance requirements for PCI-DSS, GDPR/CCPA
• Good communication and persuasive skills
• Should have at least some experience with firewalls, routers, intrusion detection systems and intrusion prevention systems
• Experience of working on O365 security, PKI, Azure/AWS security is an advantage

• BS/MS/BE/BTech/MBA in technology-related or information security curriculum
• Required 2-4 years of relevant experience in information security domain
