Role Overview

As a Product Manager in the Digital Core Air Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience of our websites towards our efforts in offering world’s best flight content to our customers. We are searching for someone with strong e-commerce product knowledge who will manage the end-to-end product development, from ideation to development through launch and success.

You will be responsible for launching and managing products and experiences that bring more value to customers and help grow business KPIs like conversion rate (CR), NPS (net promoter score) and help improve revenue. This role will offer the opportunity to define and execute a roadmap based on a customer insight, business vision, market trends, customer feedback, and business analytics in the travel products space.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a product strategy, working closely with key stakeholders across the company to achieve strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual product roadmaps to offer innovative products, seamless customers experiences and more value to customers and help grow conversion rate, NPS.
  • Incorporate business vision, market trends, customer feedback, and analytics to drive well-coordinated, cross-functional roadmap execution.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to build personalized experiences for various customer segments, maximizing relevance, engagement and conversions.
  • Engage design, data and engineering teams to hypothesize, conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver innovative product and features.
  • Design and execute thorough A/B tests and continuously optimize product performance towards business goals.
  • Evaluate industry, competitor, market and technology trends as inputs into the roadmap.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, legal, data, operations, and other product and business groups to influence priorities with strong data driven hypothesis.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners/customers for new product development, engage with vendors and suppliers to build market specifics integrations.
  • Create/manage a product pipeline of well-defined epics, features, user stories, run agile ceremonies.

 

Required Qualification

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in a consumer focused B2C e-commerce product management role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful products and initiatives from ideation to launch and optimizations, driving measurable business impact.
  • Deep e-commerce knowledge of what makes a great online experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency to drive product roadmap decisions, deep experience with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Fullstory, PowerBI, Microsoft Application Insights, Excel.
  • Passion for customer-centric innovation, a deep appreciation of user behaviour analysis, and be able to articulate vision supported by data driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders.
  • Have a strategic mindset with a willingness to jump in and get the work done.
  • Ability to design technical flows and leverage data, AI, ML technologies.
  • Proactive and willing to call out issues and suggest changes including to the leadership as needed.
  • Ability to juggle multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Fluent in Agile principles and methodologies.
